Refund policy
Speech O'Clock sells digital products — printable PDFs, editable templates, and Canva templates. Because they are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once they have been downloaded or accessed, all sales are final.
Please read the product description and the What's Included list before you buy, so you know exactly what you are getting and that the file format works for you.
When we will make it right
Email us at swazisocials@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will sort it out if:
- Your download link never arrived, or would not open
- You received the wrong file
- The file is corrupted, incomplete, or will not open
- You were charged more than once for the same product
In most cases we will resend the file or send you a fresh link. If we cannot get a working file to you, we will refund that purchase in full.
Before you email us
Most download problems are quick to fix. Our Download Help page covers the common ones. If it does not solve your problem, email us with your order number and the device you were using.
Custom materials
Custom and made-to-order materials are built specifically for you, so they are non-refundable once work has begun. If the finished piece does not match the brief you gave us, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will revise it.
Returns by mail
We do not ship physical products, so there is nothing to mail back. If a return address is ever needed for a particular order, it is available on request — email swazisocials@gmail.com.
